Colchester, Essex & Suffolk

Historic Houses & Exclusive Estates

Essex and Suffolk are full of extraordinary venues, including many manors, estates and private venues. Our signature whimsical, natural, and garden-inspired floral design brings organic textures, movement, and fine botanical details into these high-end spaces. Whether we are crafting unruly, meadow-style aisle arrangements in a rustic barn, winding delicate greenery around Tudor brickwork, or designing airy, romantic centrepieces for a light-filled ballroom, we work in harmony with each venue’s unique architecture.

Creating flowers that belong in your venue

One of my favourite parts of designing wedding flowers is finding the balance between the venue and the couple.

Your flowers don’t have to match your venue perfectly — they can contrast with it, soften it or bring out details that you might not have noticed when you first fell in love with the space.

A historic house or estate can look fantastic with minimal floral styling, but also has the scale and grandeur to support more elaborate designs. It really is up to you, your style and budget.

And because every venue is different, I design each wedding individually rather than working from a fixed formula.

Getting married at one of these venues?

If you’ve already chosen your estate wedding venue, I’d love to hear about your plans.

Tell me about your venue, the season you’re getting married in and the kind of atmosphere you’d love to create. We can then start thinking about how your wedding flowers could work within the space — from your bouquet and buttonholes through to ceremony flowers, table arrangements and statement installations.

Megan Daisy Floral Design creates seasonal, natural and beautifully considered wedding flowers for couples getting married across Colchester, Essex and Suffolk.
